F.A.Q.

Can I just walk in?
>Walk-ins are absolutely welcome, though online booking is recommended to guarantee your lane and minimize wait time. Groups of 7 or more should book at least 90-minutes in advance. Walk-in availability is limited...your target boards require an hour of prep before they are playable so most prep work is based around bookings only. All available open time slots can be found on BOOK NOW -- no need to call or message. 
*Bookings can not be made over the phone. 2 person minimum to get a lane. If trying to walk-in for the day's final open slot, you must arrive at least 15mins early.*

What should I wear?
>Clothes preferably! Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. High heels not recommended.   TIP: tight fitting clothes (dress shirts, etc) can restrict motion, baggy clothing (hoodies, scarves, etc) can get snagged on objects. 

Is there an age limit to throw?
>No age limit, though we recommend at least 5 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and should be able to throw safely. Each lane includes a lightweight tomahawk hatchet & ninja star for fun! Adults are responsible for their minor(s) at all times.  
**If bringing minors that are not yours, please have their parent/guardian fill out this waiver and bring it with you. 

Is it safe?
>Yes! Axe throwing is safe when following staff instructions and safety rules. It's just like other target sports—use common sense, and you’re good to go.

Is there a charge to just watch?

>No charge to cheer on your friends! Everyone must sign a waiver, and seating may be limited. Spectators are not allowed to throw.

How many lanes do I need?
>You book based on your headcount. Each lane accommodates 3 people. Groups of 4-6 players need two lanes, 7-9 players need three lanes, etc. There is a 2 player minimum to get a lane

How long does it take?
>Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in, waivers, and a safety lesson.    Want even more time?! Book the entire venue for a 2-hour private event!

Do I have to share a target with people I don't know?

>Heck no, that's just weird!

What is your food and drink policy? 
>We do not allow outside food or drink except for 90-minute group events & full facility rentals. Birthday parties can bring a dessert (please note it in the “COMMENTS” section during checkout and bring plates/utensils). We offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks and packaged snacks for purchase. BYOB is not allowed.

How does the HERO rate work? 
>Veterans, Military, Police, Fire, and EMT personnel can receive the HERO rate for themselves (not the whole group). Please show your ID at check-in to receive a refund on your online reservation.

Can I adjust my booking after I make it?
>Yes! You can adjust the date, time, or number of players at any time by replying to your confirmation email. If fewer people show up than booked, we’ll refund the difference to your card. The number of lanes will be adjusted based on the final headcount.

Can I bring my own axe?
>Possibly! We’ll need to check it at the counter when you arrive. Log splitting wedges and long-handled axes are not allowed. We’re not responsible for any damage to personal equipment.

How do cancelations work?

>Cancellations are fully refundable if made at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll reschedule your booking within 30 days as a courtesy. No changes can be made once the session starts.
 
Full Venue Rental: terms can be found on your invoice. 

 
*In the event of venue closure due to extreme weather, bookings will be fully refunded*
