Can I just walk in?
>Online bookings are the ONLY WAY to guarantee your lane and are highly recommended to save you wait time. Groups of 7 or more should book at least 90-minutes in advance. Walk-in availability is limited...your target boards require an hour of prep before they are playable so most prep work is based around bookings only. All available open time slots can be found on BOOK NOW -- no need to call or message.
*Bookings can not be made over the phone. 2 person minimum to get a lane. If trying to walk-in for the day's final open slot, you must arrive at least 15mins early.*
What should I wear?
>Clothes preferably! Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. High heels not recommended. TIP: tight fitting clothes (dress shirts, etc) can restrict motion, baggy clothing (hoodies, scarves, etc) can get snagged on objects.
Is there an age limit to throw?
>Nope, but we recommend at least 5 years old. Minors do need to be accompanied by an adult, but if they can demonstrate the ability to safely throw, then they can play. We include a lightweight tomahawk hatchet & ninja star with each lane. Ages 12 & younger are always welcome to enjoy our kids activity area free of charge. Adults are responsible for their minor(s) at all times.
**If bringing minors that are not yours, please have their parent/guardian fill out this waiver and bring it with you.
Is it safe?
>Yes. Similar to other target sports, axe throwing is safe provided that guests follow the instructions and safety rules explained by the staff and use common sense.
Is there a charge to just watch?
>We do not charge for guests that come to cheer you on. Keep in mind that everyone must sign a waiver upon entering, seating can be limited, and spectators are not allowed to throw.
How many lanes do I need?
>You're actually just booking a headcount, the final group size will determine how many lanes are given. Each target/lane accommodates 3 players. Groups of 4-6 players get two lanes, groups of 7-9 get three lanes, etc. There is a 2 player minimum to get a lane.
How long does it take?
>We offer 60-minute sessions and 90-minute sessions. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation start time to sign a waiver and get a safety & throwing lesson. Want even more time?! Book the entire venue for a 2-hour private event!
Do I have to share a target with people I don't know?
>Heck no, that's just weird!
What is your food and drink policy?
>We do not allow outside food or drink except for 90-minute group events & full facility rentals. Birthday parties may bring a dessert with any session (please mention it in the "COMMENTS" section of your booking checkout - don't forget your plates/utensils/etc!). We offer a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks and some packaged snacks for purchase. "BYOB" not allowed.
How does the HERO rate work?
>Anyone with a Veteran, Military, Police, Fire, EMT I.D. gets the rate for themself only (not the entire transaction). Please remember to show ID at check-in counter to receive a refund back to the card you reserved online with.
Can I adjust my booking after I make it?
>For sure! We can adjust dates/times/# of players at any point...just reply back to your confirmation email with the changes you need. If you have less players show up than you booked for, we will refund the difference back to your card. Keep in mind the # of lanes you'll have is based on the final # of paid players.
Can I bring my own axe?
>Possibly, let us check it at the counter when you arrive. Log splitting wedge-type axes & long handled axes are not allowed. We are not responsible for any damage done to personal weapons.
How do cancelations work?
>Bookings are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before start time. Shorter notices can be rescheduled or receive a digital gift pass for the booking amount to use for a future reservation within 30 days. No changes can be made after start time.
Full Venue Rental: terms can be found on your invoice.
*In the event of venue closure due to extreme weather, bookings will be fully refunded*

>We have digital gift cards that can be sent instantly. Give a gift that is sure to hit a bullseye!
